The publication "Tiempo de Vals" by Carla Yovane Pérez is the result of a documentary project about sex workers in Plaza de Armas, Santiago. The project began in 2018 when the photographer initiated conversations with the sex workers in the same plaza, with whom she had already established a relationship. From there, the first connections were made on the benches of the plaza, which turned into complicity and journeys to motels near kilometer zero with Víctor, Héctor, Claudio, Andrés, Pato, Gerson, Eduardo, Gonzalo, and Alex.
