Description

This book includes photographs of landscapes, material from family archives, and oneiric texts written as poetry, located in Península Valdés, Patagonia Argentina. Four women and a child hold an inert eagle. The women hold the bird by its wings; the boy, by its beak. They display it as a banner, they all pose and smile. The image belong to Laura Ferro’s family archive, and it is now also a part of “The wildness appeared in my dreams”. The desire of portraying a landscape has persisted through for generations. But during these years, it turned out that the landscape was portraying them.
