Gauditano, Rosa

Gauditano is a photojournalist of considerable fame, a veteran of Brazilian publications such as Versus, Folha and Veja. In 1987, she founded the Fotograma agency for photojournalism and documentation, dedicated to documentary photography. More recently, she has been working with indigenous communities, producing incisive reportages such as Povos indígenas (Indigenous peoples) (1992) or Aldeias Guarani Myba na Cidade de São Paulo (Myba Guarani villages in the City of São Paulo), which gave rise to a book of the same name.
