The cycle inaugurated by the publications of the magazine "MANUSCRITOS" and the artist catalogs and books of the groups Cromo and V.I.S.U.A.L. culminates with "cal." An art and culture magazine that had been scarcely studied, "cal" features essential articles and a classic section of Chilean neo-avant-garde. It is in "cal" where the transformative program of visual arts is first printed, within a framework of debate regarding the functions and possibilities of artwork and criticism, visual arts publication, gallery, and museum.
