Levy, Diego

A photographer born in Buenos Aires in 1973. He has been professionally dedicated to photography since 1991. In 2001, he was honored with the first prize in the Nuevo Periodismo contest, awarded by the Nuevo Periodismo Iberoamericano Foundation. In 2005 and 2007, he received grants from the Fondo de Cultura BA. In 2008, he was awarded the Grand Acquisition Prize at the National Visual Arts Salon. In 2009, his project "Choques" received the first prize at the Author Book Fair during the Fotoseptiembre 09 festival in Mexico. In 2010, he received the First Prize in the Bicentennial Photography Contest. He is the author of the books "Sangre" (2006) and "Choques" (2010). In 2011, he ventured into filmmaking and directed "Novias-Madrinas-15 años" (2011), "Masterplan" (2012), "Cosano" (2014), "All inclusive" (2018), and "Juansebastián" (2019). He lives and works in Buenos Aires.
