Valtierra, Pedro

Valtierra is an outstanding photojournalist who knows how to be in the right place at the right time with his camera, able to capture the iconic events of the ‘70s and ‘80s in Mexico and Latin America as well as portraying daily life in Mexico City. In 1986, he founded the Cuartoscuro Photography Agency, and since 1993 has edited the magazine of the same name. He has also been behind several projects aimed at recovering and restoring the historical and photographic archives belonging to the states in central and northern Mexico.
