Pía Fendrik studied patisserie and chocolate making, and specialized in healthy food. She teaches cooking and imparts workshops about foodstyling and creativity, even to companies. She has been editor of the cooking section of Sophia magazine, and is the author of fifteen books about cooking: Ensaladas, cuatro estaciones (Salads, four seasons), Jugos, licuados y smoothies (Juices, shakes and smoothies), Recetas simples, placeres compartidos (Simple recipes, shared pleasures), Hoy cocino yo (I cook today), Hadas en la cocina (Fairies in the kitchen) and Mi primer libro de pastelería (My first book of patisserie).

Her business of kitchen products is focalized in handcrafted design with noble products, such as wood, cotton and ceramic.
